Discount card

Loyal customers of our hotel are given a discount card for 5%, 10% or 15% discount.   Rules and conditions for  discount cards:

• Discount card is given by a hotel administrator
• One should fill in the form for the discount card holder in order to receive the discount card  
• The discount card is personalized and can non be transferred to other people
• A 5% discount card is given for free for the second stay
• A 10% discount card is given for free if one stays in Kristoff hotel more than 5 
• A 15% discount card is given for free if one stays in our hotel more than 10 times     
• In order to get a discount one must show the discount card before settling with the hotel.  
• The discount card  is not valid for extra services offered by the hotel  
• If lost or damaged, the discount card may be restored for 250 rubles.
• The discount card is the property of the hotel and it may be canceled by the  administration in case of hotel rules violation or damage caused to hotel property or reputation.  
• The discounts are not summed, the discount card is not valid for hotel special offers.
